BARONS GRANGE JUNIOR SHOW – 4 JUNE 2005
Thankfully, after a dull and damp Saturday, the weather improved for the show. There were at least 100 children at the show who all seemed to have a great time and all the ponies seemed to behave impeccably. Well done to both Alex and Joy for organising such a fun day.
With four rings and numerous classes there was something for every age and ability and many children went away with rosettes. There was an incredible turnout for the fancy dress, some 20 children entered.
The Coakham Challenge Cup which was donated by David and Linda Thompson is awarded to a child connected with the Coakham, either through their parents being subscribers, Masters, landowners etc who accumulates the most points throughout the day.
