Added 10th April 2008 Approx 17hh ¾ TB by Powerblade, bred in Ireland. He is a 9yr old chestnut gelding. He has been show jumped BSJA, dressaged and unaff evented all with success and has also been on beach rides, sponsored rides and x-country rides but I don’t believe has ever hunted in this country. He is very good to handle, clip, shoe, box and in traffic and very polite to ride. He has an enormous but easy jump. Jumps ditches, banks and water. Although he is tall he isn’t wide to ride and is very comfortable. I am 5’6” and approx 9½ stone and find him very easy. He is full of quality but still has good bone and is as tough as old boots! Unfortunately due to a change in employment I am not in a situation to keep him. I am asking £4000 for him but am open to reasonable offers. He does weave but as I am sure you would know this doesn’t affect them when you are riding! He really is the type that could hunt one day and dressage the next as he has lovely movement but not over flashy. Bought in error for my 14 year old daughter as we were badly advised. Huntmasters horse from France, she is a very intelligent and caring mare. Impeccible manners on the ground. He has been round The Hale, The Glebe and Brightling. Has also been competing successfully in trailblazers prelim dressage where he has qualified for the 2^nd round. He is now ready to progress to Novice level. He is also showing great promise show jumping. Hacks out alone or in company, will go first or last. Good in traffic, shoe, box & catch.
