An excellent day on the downs near Brighton, with thanks to our host David Robinson. Thanks also to Adrian, our quarry, who ran a stormer - up hill and down dale - and helped to make it such a good day.
The jumping mainly consisted of well built timber very much like many of our meets, but with a more solid look. It jumped very well indeed. The sun shone, the wind dropped and the hounds hunted extremely well, giving the field some excellent viewing. The members of the Mid Surrey Farmers Drag who came out, in particular, were pleased to see and hear the hounds at work!
